Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement continuous improvement on the organization's overall manufacturing processes and policies.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing plant performance through dashboards.
  • Generate new ideas for process improvement initiatives and provide management with insights and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the HR and top management in developing a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor objectives related achievements across operations.
  • Educate and coach leaders and team members on various operational excellence tools like (but not limited to) 5S, RCA s OPLs, TPM, etc.

Provide industry best practices and promote a lean and agility mindset.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the process industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • System Thinking
  • Data Analytics, comfortable working with numbers
