Conduct regular audits of operational processes (inbound, outbound, stock control, maintenance, etc.) to verify adherence to SOPs.

Identify deviations, inefficiencies, and risks, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.

Provide audit reports with actionable insights and follow up on remediation plans.

Ensure alignment of processes with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct end-to-end reviews of operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

Use Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to evaluate processes and recommend improvements.

Benchmark operational practices across regions to highlight improvement opportunities.

Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across inbound, put-away, picking outbound, inventory control, store setup, and support functions.

Conduct time & motion studies, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

Design and implement standardized, scalable processes aligned with operational growth.

Drive continuous improvement culture using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies.

Support rollout of new processes through structured change management.

Partner with Training & Development to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Drive adoption and sustainability of improvements across regions and sites.
