Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze process performance and identify suitable solutions

To monitor technological developments and introduce new processes (integration of new resources, disruptive projects, new technologies, etc.)

Supporting the qualification of new processes

Lead and participate in improvement projects (Lean-sigma, One Safran, Participatory Innovation)

Supporting the deployment of new projects

Coaching DMAIC project leaders

Developing a culture of progress through Lean Sigma training: QRQC, WB, 5S, IP,

Facilitating participatory innovation within the entity
