Roles & Responsibilities


Job Description:
Analyze process performance and identify the most suitable solutions.
Ensure technological monitoring and introduce new processes (integration of new resources, disruptive projects, new technologies, etc.).
Support the qualification of new processes.
Lead and contribute to improvement projects (Lean Six Sigma, One Safran, participatory innovation, etc.).
Support the production launch of new projects.
Coach DMAIC project leaders
. Develop a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma training (QRQC, Work Balance, 5S, Participatory Innovation, etc.).
Facilitate participatory innovation within the entity.
