Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Executing blending, hydroxide dilution, hypochlorite and RO water operations, and
2. Conducting basic QC tests for raw materials, inprocess batches, and finished goods.
InProcess QC
- Collect samples during mixing at defined checkpoints.
- Perform inprocess tests and communicate adjustments to Mixing Operators.
- Ensure no batch proceeds without QC clearance.
- Execute blending operations as per batch sheets.
- Charge raw materials accurately and safely.
- Operate mixers, pumps, and heating/cooling systems.
- Adjust batches based on QC results (pH correction, dilution, additive dosing).
Desired Candidate Profile
B.Sc. graduate in Chemistry. Good communication skills in English. written and spoken. Willing to learn and implement
