Mission and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring customer satisfaction by continuously verifying that manufactured products conform to customer requirements and applicable quality standards.
Manage the Quality teams assigned to the sectors.
Ensure the smooth running of the product/process quality audit.
Ensure the handling of internal anomalies and customer complaints and monitor the preventive and corrective actions put in place.
Participate in decision-making regarding the course of action to be taken in the event of a high risk (Ex: Stopping production in the event of non-conformities).
Oversee the management and archiving of documents related to one's field of activity.
Ensure staff training on product quality.
Participate in brainstorming sessions with the group's quality/product managers to harmonize practices and action plans to be implemented to improve Process/Product quality.

You are proficient in:

Quality process
Quality standards (IATF 16949)
D quality audit process
Product quality standards
Operating procedures for the manufacturing process of electrical beams
Product quality standards
Operating procedures for the manufacturing process of electrical beams

You are dot sd one:

Problem solving ability
Interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, rigor, listening skills, understanding of others, self-control and crisis management are qualities required for this position.

Qualification :

Diploma m (e) of a BAC+5: Engineer in Quality, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
