Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support the development and documentation of standardized procedures and process maps, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand operational challenges, and propose effective solutions.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives leveraging methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Assist in training and onboarding staff on new processes, procedures, and tools to ensure effective adoption.
• Monitor process performance metrics and provide insights for further enhancements.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing process analyses, findings, and recommendations for management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in process improvement, operational efficiency, or related roles, preferably within the banking industry.
• Basic knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping tools.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
