Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Ensure the creation and evolution of machine programs for the start-up of pre-series.

  • Implement process monitoring to achieve QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives .

  • Bring your expertise to the manufacturing teams and project teams, including during the pre-project phase for quotes .

  • Write and maintain the documentation associated with the processes under your responsibility.

  • To monitor technological developments in your area of ​​expertise in order to propose innovative solutions and improve competitiveness.

  • Provide process support in production.

  • Collaborating with other group sites to share and implement best practices.

These missions must ensure a level of detection and quality that meets the company's objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the electronic circuit board manufacturing industry .

  • You have already worked on developing production processes for complex electronic boards .
  • Autonomous and proactive , you enjoy tackling technological challenges and optimizing industrial processes.
  • You demonstrate rigor , method , and a good analytical and synthesis mind .
  • You have a BTS level qualification or equivalent in the fields of electronics or industrial processes.

What you need to do is:

  • Rules for electronic cabling ( IPC A-610 / A-620 standards )
  • Problem-solving tools (8D, 5P, Ishikawa, etc.)
  • Reading and understanding technical English
  • Interdepartmental communication (production, quality, suppliers)
  • Mastery of French , both written and spoken
