Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Enhance food processing methods, systems, and equipment
- Troubleshoot process issues and suggest technical improvements
- Collaborate with production and QA teams on new product trials
- Document and monitor process parameters and improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
A full-time Process Technologist is required for a state-of-the-art confectionery facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science-related field, with hands-on experience in improving food processing techniques, equipment, and technologies. This role involves optimizing production lines for efficiency and supporting R&D teams in launching new products, while ensuring all processes meet food safety and quality standards.
