Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment to deliver right-first-time quality and meet production targets.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), complete production records and report variances clearly.
Perform line clearances, cleaning and shift handovers to maintain a safe and compliant workspace.
Support preventive and unplanned maintenance activities and work to minimize downtime.
Identify and propose process improvements to reduce waste and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Escalate quality, safety or equipment issues promptly and participate in investigations to identify root causes.

Desired Candidate Profile
Basic qualifications (required)
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1-year relevant manufacturing or technical experience; recent graduates with practical training are welcome.
Availability to work shift patterns as required by production schedules.
Ability to follow written procedures and adhere to safety rules.
Good attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to learn SAP or other digital systems used for production records.
Preferred qualifications
Technical diploma, vocational certificate or associate degree in a relevant field.
2 5 years experience in pharmaceutical, food or similarly regulated manufacturing.
Basic English reading skills to follow procedures and read documentation.
Experience with continuous improvement or process improvement projects.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and data integrity principles.
Training in health, safety and environmental practices.
