Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procure to Pay Officer to join our Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement transactions, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring the efficient execution of the procure-to-pay cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders and supplier follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
- Support sourcing activities, quotation analysis, and supplier evaluations.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to support business requirements.
- Facilitate invoice verification and timely supplier payments.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience within the Oil & Gas, Industrial Services, or Manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
