Roles & Responsibilities


Mission
1) Responsibilities:
Operate Procure to Pay activities:
Manage & consolidate purchase requests and orders ensuring they are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure the transmission of orders to suppliers and follow up their internal validation.
Monitor the progress of internal validations and the correct release of orders.
Advise and provide support to internal customers on the correct use of purchasing methods within Inetum and direct them to framework agreements or catalogs with prices pre-negotiated by group purchasing.
Manage the supplier onboarding process, including document collection, background checks and updating information in relevant systems.
Monitor supplier risks and coordinate with buyers to put in place measures to mitigate these risks.
Ensure administrative follow-up of subcontractors (contracts, renewals, information updates).
Maintain an up-to-date database of active subcontractors and their statuses.
Work in a collaborative mode with the global purchasing organization and a network of internal customers.
Coordinate regularly with the purchasing teams in the countries as well as with the Global Category Leaders.
Provide a first level of support to the Group's ordering parties.
Coordinate with the accounts payable teams on supplier support or order-related information.
2) Required skills
Good command of ERP tools (SAP preferred).
Knowledge of P2P processes.
Attention to detail and rigor in administrative processing.
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with different interlocutors (internal and external).
Team spirit, dynamism & availability.
Profile
Education Bac +5, Junior => 0 to 2 years of experience.
Previous experience in purchasing support or administration is preferred.
You are comfortable in customer service contexts in an international, dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Fluency in English & Spanish is ESSENTIAL, French is a plus.
