Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery termsPrepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficientlyMaintain and update supplier information and procurement recordsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to fulfil purchasing needsTrack orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and servicesLiaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies, delays, or issues in deliveryObtain and compare quotations for goods and servicesSupport contract administration and supplier relationship managementEnsure compliance with internal procurement policies and proceduresAssist in preparing procurement reports, budgets, and cost analyses

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred2-3 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or administrative roleExperience with procurement software (e.g. ODOO,JIFFY, etc.) is an asset
