Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Negotiates with suppliers and ensures items are ordered and approved within the specified cut-off.
Coordinates with the requestor s correct product specifications to ensure orders are correct and follow-up deliveries from suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of orders.
Continuous product sourcing to find alternative items and supplier development to obtain several sources.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management, Supply chain or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
Excellent communication, negotiation and understanding of purchasing principles and procedures.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and procurement platforms.
