Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communications to streamline procurement processes.
  • Support the negotiation of pricing and terms with vendors to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting demand to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of purchasing processes.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPIM) is a plus, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
