Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, ensuring they meet quality and cost standards.
  • Manage purchase orders from creation to delivery, monitoring timelines to avoid delays.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and update databases with supplier information and contract details.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess market trends for better decision-making.
  • Help in the preparation of procurement documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Address supplier inquiries and resolve issues related to order discrepancies or product quality.
  • Assist in the evaluation of supplier performance through regular feedback and assessment reports.
