Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategy for all non food subcategories.
• Conduct market analysis to track pricing trends & competitor movement.
• Segment the category and create tailored sourcing plans per segment.
• Build and manage a strong supplier network (manufacturers & local producers).
• Lead the full supplier lifecycle: identification onboarding performance.
• Negotiate contracts (pricing, payment terms, delivery, quality).
• Implement cost saving initiatives and track total cost of ownership.
• Develop transparent pricing structures that support margins and partner value.
• Manage procurement budgets & forecasting with Finance.
• Establish long term relationships with key suppliers.
• Implement and monitor supplier performance KPIs.
• Resolve supplier issues with minimal supply chain disruption.
• Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment for seamless inbound operations.
• Provide accurate demand forecasts to avoid stockouts.
• Optimize inventory levels and improve turnover.
• Use data for assortment, pricing, and promotions decisions.
• Drive digital transformation in procurement processes.
