Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate effectively between Procurement, Purchasing, and Store Departments to ensure seamless workflow and avoid operational bottlenecks

  • Ensure materials are procured, delivered, and recorded accurately to support project timelines

  • Convert site material requisitions into accurate Purchase Orders, ensuring alignment with technical specifications

  • Act as the main point of contact for vendors regarding payments, delivery schedules, and dispute resolution

  • Monitor material issuance to subcontractors to prevent overconsumption and ensure alignment with the BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

  • Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile with the digital store tracking system to identify discrepancies

  • Support the smooth flow of the Project Life Cycle, ensuring no interruptions due to material or coordination issues


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Construction experience.

  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or store coordination (preferably in construction or contracting industry)

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as E-Promis and Oracle

  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Chinese language proficiency is a plus
