Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Source and procure materials, products, and services as per company requirements Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers for the best deals Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries Maintain supplier database and build strong vendor relationships Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store and site teams Ensure materials meet required quality and specifications Track and control procurement costs Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field 2–5 years of experience in procurement (UAE experience preferred) Knowledge of local suppliers and market rates Good negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
