Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms, contributing to cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing any issues or discrepancies to foster collaboration and trust.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred to ensure foundational knowledge.

  • Minimum of 10 years of procurement or supply chain experience, demonstrating a proven track record in managing supplier relationships.

  • Certifications such as Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are highly desirable.

  • Experience in a specific industry, such as manufacturing, healthcare, or technology, to bring relevant knowledge and insights.
