Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1- Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available to meet demand.
2- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and returns, using inventory management software and create inventory reports for specified suppliers .
3- Prepare and issue purchase orders, track order status, and maintain accurate procurement records.
4- Support logistic team if needed
5- Handle domestic purchasing for the ongoing projects

6- Well known of the Import & Export process

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination, preferably within the construction, piping, or industrial sectors.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage orders and documentation accurately.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of local and international supply markets relevant to piping, steel, and mechanical supplies is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Good in using software, ERP systems, and Microsoft excel.
