• Preparation of operational budget by providing market prices for purchases, goods and services.
• Periodically reviews and updates supply chain policies and procedures.
• Manage the negotiations with suppliers for major purchases of goods, analyzes the bids, if any, and recommends the best vendor to the Company.
• Directs negotiations with vendors regarding returns, rejections, dispositions and adjustments of purchased goods not meeting specifications.
• Investigates suppliers, interviews representatives, selects and determines vendors to be placed on the approved vendor list.
• Directs the maintenance of a comprehensive record system for vendors, requisitions, purchase-orders and goods specifications.
• Trains, counsels and develops subordinates to assure efficient and effective assistance and growth in supply chain activities.
• Performs analytical review on received orders, ensuring that goods maintained and distributed properly.
• Communicates with different sales members with regard to received orders
