Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Procurement cum Store Executive to support our automobile interior customization and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will manage procurement, vendor coordination, inventory control, and store operations with accuracy and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

Handle procurement of materials required for automobile interior customization (leather,

upholstery, accessories, tools, consumables, etc.).

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely material supply.

Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and inventory tracking.

Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely material replenishment.

Oversee store operations, including receiving, issuing, and safe storage of materials.

Coordinate with production and design teams to understand and fulfil material requirements.

Maintain stock for local items and place orders immediately when new requests arise.

Issue PO for standard/known items.

Source new materials or items when required.

Visit vendors when needed for sourcing or negotiations.

Coordinate with the Finance Department for payment requests.

Update ETA of shipments in Microsoft Dynamics BC.

Coordinate with drivers for all local purchases.

Scan and upload purchase documents into BC.

Coordinate with the Production Department for new material procurement.

Assist in periodic stock-taking activities.

Perform procurement duties in the absence of procurement team members.

Carry out all general purchasing and procurement-related tasks.

Handle MOFAIC attestation payments using UAE Pass.

Coordinate with management for procurement of new items for both R&D and Production

Departments.

Maintain minimal stock levels for international items and manage all international purchases.

Provide weekly job card material updates to management.

Assist with customs clearance by preparing and submitting required documents.

Monitor balance in company procurement cards and inform management for top-up when necessary.


Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and store management within automobile

interior customization, automotive industry, or manufacturing/warehouse operations.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC (Business Central) or similar ERP systems,

specifically procurement and inventory modules.

Good understanding of materials used in automotive interiors and customization projects.

Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Ability to multitask and manage end-to-end procurement processes independently.

Valid driving license is mandatory.
