Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Procurement Director – Catering (UAE)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Director to lead sourcing and supply chain operations for large-scale catering and event services. The role focuses on ensuring cost efficiency, high-quality standards, and compliance with UAE food safety regulations across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement of food, beverages, and catering supplies for high-volume operations

  • Develop cost-effective sourcing strategies while maintaining quality standards

  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance

  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, including HACCP and local authority requirements (e.g., ADNEC operations)

  • Collaborate with culinary and events teams for demand planning and timely delivery

  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks

  • Control food costs, reduce waste, and optimize inventory


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Hospitality, or related field

  • 10+ years of procurement experience in catering, hospitality, or F&B

  • Strong knowledge of UAE food safety and regulatory standards

  • Proven experience in large-scale catering or event operations

  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
