ROLE SUMMARY
To lead, develop, and optimize the day-to-day procurement operations of a centralized Procurement Shared Services function, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and consistent execution of all transactional procurement activities. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, service performance, and internal customer satisfaction across all OpCos and geographies supported by the organization.

ROLE PROFILE

• Lead and manage the full operational procurement cycle: PO processing, supplier onboarding and master data, performance management, RFx execution, transactional sourcing, tactical buying, and routine negotiations, incl. the filling of time sheets.
• Oversee execution of sourcing events (RFQs, RFPs, eAuctions) with tactical focus and ensure process compliance and value delivery.
• Serve as a strong and equal counterpart to the Directors in Dubai, ensuring transparency, seamless handovers, and mutual accountability.
• Build trusted relationships with internal business stakeholders and Procurement peers to ensure high service quality in operational procurement delivery.
• Contribute operational insights to the Procurement COE in Dubai for transformation and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure delivery against service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer satisfaction targets.
• Proactively identify and implement automation, digitization, and process enhancements.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 50+ professionals.
