Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement, supply chain, and logistics operations across multiple projects.
• Develop procurement strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee supplier selection, contract negotiations, and long-term vendor management.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with best-practice procurement standards.
• Manage risks, ensure material availability, and support project delivery teams.
• Lead and develop a procurement department, ensuring operational excellence.
• Work cross-functionally with commercial, project management, and finance leadership.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Strong background in contractor-side luxury fit-out (interiors, joinery, specialist packages).
• Minimum 12 15 years' experience, with leadership responsibility in procurement/supply chain.
• Proven success working within major construction or fit-out contracting organisations.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and supplier management capability.
• Ability to manage complex, high-value procurement portfolios in fast-paced environments.
