Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of SEA s procurement strategy, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks in alignment with institutional goals, financial controls, UAE procurement regulations, and international best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience

- Master s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 12 15 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management, or commercial operations.
- Strong experience in public-sector, government, or higher-education procurement is highly advantageous.
- Expertise in competitive tendering, strategic sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and procurement compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, and workflow automation tools.
- Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills with experience managing high-value and high-risk procurement portfolios.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
