Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers meeting technical and financial requirements

  • Strong knowledge of vendor registration (mandatory)

  • Evaluate supplier proposals based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines

  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure competitive pricing and favorable delivery conditions

  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical specifications and purchase orders align with project requirements

  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to support business continuity and innovation

  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and procurement process improvements

  • Prepare procurement reports and forecasts for management review and strategic decision-making

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies

  • Support cross-functional teams by providing procurement insights to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

✅ Must have hands-on PROCUREMENT experience in FM (Facilities Management) ✅ Minimum 08 years of GCC (Gulf) experience / SAP experience (mandatory) / Mechanical engineering background required. ✅Fluent in English/Arabic Native ✅ Must be currently located in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama ✅ Age below 40 years
