Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete procurement cycle dedicated to the heavy equipment rental division.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with qualified suppliers for heavy machinery, vehicles, and transport equipment.
  • Build and maintain a trusted supplier network capable of serving major projects across Saudi Arabia, including oil & gas and Aramco projects.
  • Ensure availability and timely delivery of equipment required for company operations or re-rental to clients.
  • Assess supplier compliance with industry standards, certifications, and project-specific requirements (e.g., Aramco, SABIC, Royal Commission, etc.)
  • Coordinate with project, operations, and sales teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
  • Maintain an updated database of pre-qualified suppliers and continuously expand vendor capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within the heavy equipment rental sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience dealing with qualified suppliers approved for major industrial and oil & gas projects (especially Aramco).
  • Strong technical knowledge of cranes, loaders, excavators, trucks, and related equipment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement requirements simultaneously.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
