Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are expanding our U.S. Account Team and seeking four female engineers with a Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering background to join as Procurement & Tendering Engineers.
Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing, analyzing, and understanding technical requirements from end users.
Conducting comprehensive searches through existing data and online sources to identify suitable technical matches.
Evaluating supplier quotations to select the most technically and financially competitive offers.
Managing the full tendering process from inquiry to submission and follow-up with the goal of maximizing award success rates.
Maintaining clear, professional communication with clients throughout all project phases.
Assisting in client support, clarifications, and documentation preparation.
Working hours are 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Egypt time). Days off are Saturday and Sunday, with the possibility of Friday work-from-home after successful completion of the three-month probation period.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering or relevant background.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential for email and call-based client communication.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle fast-paced tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of Power BI or experience using AI tools for work optimization is an advantage.
