Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials, equipment, and services required for high-end interior and architectural projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and subcontractors based on quality, cost, and reliability criteria.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with vendors to ensure optimal value and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and engineers to forecast procurement needs and align sourcing strategies with project timelines.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery issues, and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to manage budgets, track expenditures, and optimize inventory levels.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, cost savings, and supplier quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably within the construction, interior design, or architecture sectors.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, vendor evaluation, and supply chain processes.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
