Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, sports equipment, and facility accessories in alignment with project requirements.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and site teams to forecast material needs and resolve supply chain challenges.
Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to prevent shortages or delays in project execution.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and service, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with ethical standards and company guidelines.
Generate regular procurement reports and present insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2 to 6 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the construction or sports facility sector.
Proven ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective supplier and stakeholder engagement.
Solid understanding of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and vendor management.
Experience with ERP or procurement management software.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of local and international market trends in construction materials and sports equipment.
Ability to work on-site and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
