Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers that meet the project's technical and financial criteria.
- Evaluate supplier proposals based on quality, price, and delivery time to ensure the best value for the organization.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery conditions.
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical specifications and ensure purchase orders align with project requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant procurement experience in a technical or engineering environment is preferred.
- Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industries is highly desirable.
