Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage procurement activities for construction projects including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchasing of materials and services.

  2. Prepare and process RFQs, purchase orders, tender documents, and procurement reports in line with project requirements.

  3. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment.

  4. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost optimization and budget control.

  5. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and supplier databases.

  6. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, project specifications, and UAE construction standards.

  7. Develop strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality, reliability, and timely project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates must have experience in high-rise and group villa projects

  • Experience with A-tier main contractors is mandatory

  • Candidates must be available in the UAE for face-to-face interviews
