Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, RFQs, evaluation, and purchase order issuance

  • Coordinate with project/site teams to understand material and service requirements

  • Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors based on technical and commercial criteria

  • Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and contract terms with vendors

  • Ensure timely procurement of materials in line with project schedules

  • Maintain strong relationships with approved vendors and identify new suppliers

  • Track orders, deliveries, and ensure compliance with project specifications

  • Prepare procurement reports, cost comparisons, and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of procurement experience within the UAE

  • Experience in road and infrastructure projects preferred

  • Candidates with building project experience may also be considered

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

  • Good knowledge of local UAE suppliers and market rates

  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems
