Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, RFQs, evaluation, and purchase order issuance
Coordinate with project/site teams to understand material and service requirements
Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors based on technical and commercial criteria
Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and contract terms with vendors
Ensure timely procurement of materials in line with project schedules
Maintain strong relationships with approved vendors and identify new suppliers
Track orders, deliveries, and ensure compliance with project specifications
Prepare procurement reports, cost comparisons, and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement standards
Desired Candidate Profile
2–4 years of procurement experience within the UAE
Experience in road and infrastructure projects preferred
Candidates with building project experience may also be considered
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Good knowledge of local UAE suppliers and market rates
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems
