Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Procurement Engineer with a strong background in sourcing and procurement within the Oil & Gas, Telecom, and Construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing procurement for projects involving major clients such as ADNOC, ENOC, Saudi Aramco, and various projects in Africa. Expertise in sourcing welding machines, consumables, steel, raw materials, and construction materials is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete procurement cycle from inquiry to delivery for local and international purchases.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials including welding equipment, steel, consumables, and construction materials.
• Liaise with clients and project teams to understand material specifications and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with client procurement standards, especially for ADNOC, ENOC, and Aramco.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance evaluation.
• Prepare procurement documentation including RFQs, POs, vendor evaluations, and reports.
• Work with logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
• Analyze and forecast procurement needs based on project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure procurement aligns with technical requirements.
