Job Duties:

• Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
• Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings
• Review project Specs and scope of work and locate potential vendors and subcontractors.
• Conduct bidding meetings and price negotiation.
• Evaluate technical and financial proposals.
• Establish and negotiate contract terms and payment conditions.
• Prepare procurement plans and periodic reports.
• Evaluate new and existing suppliers and subcontractors and negotiate purchase agreements with them.
• Procures equipment, materials, and systems complying with the project quality and specification requirements.
• Procures materials and subcontracts promptly within the approved budget cost.
• Ensures on-time delivery of equipment and materials to the support site installation works as per the approved work program.
• Ensure compliance with management-approved procedures and policies concerning time, cost, and quality.
• Prepare documentation for internal processes as per ISO standards.
• Excess materials from sites shall be returned to central stores every month.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain company reputation and credibility through fair dealings and prompt payment.
• Generate PO for services and materials.
• Conduct vendor evaluation and registration.
