Procurement Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Engineer to lead and manage the sourcing and procurement of materials, spare parts, and services. The ideal candidate will build strong supplier relationships, ensure cost-effective purchasing, and secure on-time delivery to support business operations and production continuity.

• Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders and external vendors to strategically develop, implement, and optimize vendor management processes, tools, and policies that achieve performance objectives.
• Source, evaluate, and engage reliable suppliers and vendors, ensuring competitive quality, cost, and delivery.
• Analyze and monitor spending operations, seeking opportunities to improve cost efficiency, product quality, and delivery timelines.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate and communicate regularly with management to ensure smooth flow of goods and services supporting production.
• Guarantee on-time delivery of all purchases, materials, and spare parts to support business continuity.
• Ensure full compliance with company-approved procurement policies and procedures, maintaining control over time, cost, and quality standards.
• Build and sustain positive, long-term relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Safeguard company reputation and credibility through transparent, ethical dealings and prompt settlement of supplier accounts.
