Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer the supply chain in the UAE market and internationally

  • Negotiate and obtain the best commercial and technical offers

  • Reduce procurement lead times

  • Prepare and maintain supplier database

  • Develop and issue RFQs and process quotations

  • Prepare bid tabulations and purchase orders execution

  • Business areas covered

    • Oil refinery / petrochemical

    • Manufacturing / industrial workshop (fabrication & equipment repair)

    • Power plants

    • Utility & HVAC

    • Required Technical Knowledge

      • General mechanical and electrical products (including stainless steel)

      • Electrical equipment and products

      • Valves and piping equipment

      • Pipes, fittings, and flanges

      • Instrumentation (I&C)

      • Cables and electrical materials

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5–10 years experience in industrial procurement

Other Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers/market

  • Survey and research of local / foreign vendors and subcontractors

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent business relationship and communication skills

  • English language fluency

  • Independent, responsible, and highly organized

  • UAE Driving License with car

Personal Qualities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

  • Understanding of urgency in industrial projects

  • Long-term commitment and motivation
