Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and administer the supply chain in the UAE market and internationally
Negotiate and obtain the best commercial and technical offers
Reduce procurement lead times
Prepare and maintain supplier database
Develop and issue RFQs and process quotations
Prepare bid tabulations and purchase orders execution
Business areas covered
Oil refinery / petrochemical
Manufacturing / industrial workshop (fabrication & equipment repair)
Power plants
Utility & HVAC
Required Technical Knowledge
General mechanical and electrical products (including stainless steel)
Electrical equipment and products
Valves and piping equipment
Pipes, fittings, and flanges
Instrumentation (I&C)
Cables and electrical materials
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5–10 years experience in industrial procurement
Other Requirements
Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers/market
Survey and research of local / foreign vendors and subcontractors
Strong analytical skills
Excellent business relationship and communication skills
English language fluency
Independent, responsible, and highly organized
UAE Driving License with car
Personal Qualities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Understanding of urgency in industrial projects
Long-term commitment and motivation
