Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in civil construction projects.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools.
