Procurement Engineer - Oil & Gas Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory

· Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements. · Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines. · Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures. · Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any delays. · Coordinate with engineering, stores, and project teams to ensure accurate material requirements. · Maintain and update supplier records and Approved Vendor List (AVL). · Support negotiation with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement. · Track orders and maintain proper documentation of procurement activities. · Ensure all purchased items meet required specifications and quality standards. · Assist in handling import/export documentation and logistics coordination when required. · Monitor inventory levels and support timely replenishment of materials. · Maintain procurement reports and ensure proper record-keeping for audits. · Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. · Perform additional duties as assigned by the Procurement Engineer or Procurement Manage
