Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the procurement engineering section with a primary focus on CAPEX assets (machinery, equipment, production lines) and technical spare parts.

Plan and execute procurement strategies for capital assets and spare parts to ensure operational readiness and minimize downtime.

Coordinate closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to define technical requirements and specifications.

Negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve the best commercial terms, pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.

Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders and contracts in compliance with approved budgets.

Evaluate and develop suppliers and build long-term strategic partnerships.

Monitor procurement costs and contribute to cost optimization and budget control.

Prepare periodic reports related to CAPEX spending, spare parts consumption, and procurement performance.

Support asset replacement, renewal, and expansion plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).

+7 years of experience in procurement, with proven exposure to CAPEX and spare parts.

Strong understanding of technical specifications, contracts, and procurement processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Good command of the English language.
