Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Procure building materials with strong technical knowledge

  • Vendor selection, price negotiation, and contract handling

  • Ensure timely delivery for ongoing FM & maintenance operations

  • Purchase office stationery, consumables, and basic IT items (CCTV, networking, printers, etc.)

  • Maintain purchase records, supplier details, and contracts

  • Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements

  • Verify technical material requests from site teams

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years procurement experience in the UAE

  • FM / Maintenance company experience is mandatory

  • Strong experience in building materials procurement

  • Knowledge of AMC

  • Basic IT procurement knowledge (preferred)

  • Good negotiation and vendor management skills

  • Ability to work independently
