Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery reliability.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure favorable agreements.
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely stock availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with store managers to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Review supplier invoices and reconcile with purchase orders and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and Lebanese legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for timely payments and budgeting.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Support the operations team with ad-hoc purchasing needs and stock-related inquiries.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
