Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities/strong>

  • Align with Project Management Team (PMT) on procurement needs, objectives, and priorities
  • Manage procurement of Long Lead Items (LLI), including ITT preparation, tender coordination, bid evaluation, and contract administration
  • Develop and execute overall and package-specific Procurement Plans supporting project schedules and milestones
  • Monitor and report procurement progress, risks, costs, and mitigation actions
  • Oversee EPC contractor procurement activities across project execution gates
  • Review and approve contractor procurement procedures, purchasing documents, and contractual terms
  • Ensure compliance with business ethics, anti-trust regulations, and information security requirements
  • Coordinate materials management systems and spare parts acquisition to ensure timely delivery to site

  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environment

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications/strong>

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commercial, Accounting, or Project Management

Experience & Knowledge/strong>

  • Minimum 8 years of contracts and procurement experience on major oil & gas projects
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and oil & gas vendor markets
  • Proven experience working with EPC contractors
