Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Officer to manage purchasing activities and oversee logistics operations. The role is essential to ensuring smooth supply chain processes, timely deliveries, and cost-effective procurement aligned with company needs.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company requirements
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages
  • Maintain supplier database and build strong vendor relationships
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Logistics

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
  • Ensure proper documentation for deliveries and inventory movement
  • Monitor transportation and delivery schedules
  • Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays
  • Work closely with warehouse and operations teams

General

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records
  • Support cost optimization and efficiency initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • 2 4 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Dohaet Aramoun
