Procurement & Logistics Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and establish purchase agreements.
• Process purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to avoid shortages or excess.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and quality standards.
• Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and customs authorities as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and logistics performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
• Support audits and assist in resolving procurement or logistics issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures, supply chain management, and logistics operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and procurement software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
