Lead negotiations with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranty conditions, and contractual terms.

Conduct deep market research to identify competitive suppliers, pricing trends, and alternative sourcing options.

Forecast procurement needs in collaboration with Sales, Tendering, and Operations Units.

Initiate and manage purchase orders (POs), requisitions, and approvals through Odoo and internal policies.

Request and compare quotations; prepare detailed comparison tables for decision-making.

Support tender preparation by gathering supplier offers, pricing, datasheets, and documentation.

Conduct supplier evaluations and follow up on improvement actions.

Handle claims for defective, missing, or non-compliant goods and secure compensation or replacement.

Recommend the best freight mix and apply the right Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW).

Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs brokers for smooth shipment clearance.

Follow up on shipments, delays, and route changes.

Arrange and verify insurance coverage for shipments.

Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Coordinate with Accounting on supplier invoices, cost reports, payment schedules, and credit notes.


Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in supply chain or business administration.

4 6 years of solid procurement experience.

Strong negotiation skills.

Experience in international procurement, import/export, and supplier sourcing.

Strong analytical skills to prepare cost comparison tables and evaluate quotations.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

English and Arabic, French is a plus.

Position is based in Lebanon.
