Procurement Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies tailored to our restaurant operations.

Set up an efficient and effective procurement process that caters and adds value to the operations

Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.

Ensure timely procurement of all food items, beverages, packaging, kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, and uniforms.

Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with the kitchen and operations teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Monitor delivery schedules, purchase orders (POs), and supplier performance.

Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or invoice mismatches.

Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve quality.

Conduct regular audits to ensure suppliers comply with food safety and quality standards.

Generate monthly and quarterly procurement reports (e.g., spend by category, cost savings, supplier KPIs).

Maintain up-to-date dashboards tracking procurement metrics.

Collaborate with the finance team for budgeting, cost control, and invoice reconciliation.

Manage vendor contracts, including renewals, evaluations, and terminations.

Evaluate and implement procurement software/tools to streamline the purchasing process.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and sustainability practices.
